Cleanroom Tools’ stainless steel band saws are specially designed to be autoclave ready. Built with a maximum height of 20 inches, these light weight machines will easily fit into any standard autoclave. Equipped with removable tables and hand guards, Cleanroom Tools’ band saws are the ultimate in maintenance-free operation. A choice of electric or pneumatic motors are available to power Cleanroom Tools’ band saws. Stainless steel band saw blades are inventoried at Cleanroom tools and can be shipped the same day as an added convenience to our valued customers. Also available are hybrid band saws with hard coat aluminum shells, further reducing the weight of the machinery.
Bone Jigsaw with Gigli Blade
Cleanroom Tools’ bone jigsaw features a stainless steel wire saw blade for safe, efficient, and smooth bone cutting.
Bone Shard
The Cleanroom Tools’ bone shard cutter produces void-filling fibers that provide fast healing times for various surgical procedures. This machine is autoclave able and comes equipped with a variable speed motor with stainless steel, housing-enclosed motor operating a 1/2 inch diameter end mill.
Bone-Tendon-Bone
Cleanroom Tools’ bone-tendon-bone machine is designed for the precise cylindrical pre-shaping of bone plugs to be used in knee reconstruction procedures. This machine is capable of yielding pre-shaped patellar tendons and hemi-patellar tendons. The pre-shaping ensures a shorter procedure time as well as expedited healing time. The rotating cutters are fabricated from hardened stainless steel 440C for maximum use before sharpening. The unit is easily disassembled for thorough cleaning, and the components are autoclave able.

Cleanroom Tools’ all stainless steel bone mills are affordable and are designed to be completely autoclave able. These highly productive machines rapidly mill cortical bones to 350-850 microns. Cleanroom Tools offers several bone mill designs categorized into cancellous bone processing and cortical bone processing. Bone mills are assembled on stainless steel roller frames which allow the entire unit to be positioned over a sink for easy clean up. To ensure operator safety, a door catch has been installed to ensure that these machines cannot be manually fed while the mill is in operation.
Chop Saw
The Cleanroom Tools’ stainless steel chop saw produces clean cuts through cadaveric bone samples. The chop saw utilizes an adjustable placement tool for precise cutting and features an operating handle for safe, easy, and efficient performance. The chop saw features a compact design and is autoclave able.
Cryogenic Bone Mill
The Cryogenic Bone mill introduces a frozen nitrogen chamber to the processing of soft tissue to enable the grinding of soft tissue. The Cryogenic Bone Mill yields a fine powder characterized by 120 microns or less. The particulate produced has a variety of unique applications including a variety of plastic surgeries.

The Cleanroom Tools’ cubers process bones that are pre-cut to a desired thickness into 1/4" x 1/4" cubes. The stainless steel cubers can be powered either electrically or pneumatically and are autoclave able.

Cleanroom Tools’ high-pressure liquid debridement machines are the ultimate in clean, contained debridement using highly pressurized water within completely autoclave-able units. Ball jointed holder forceps suspend product within a circular sealed chamber. Dual nozzles, releasing water at 1800 psi each, remove unwanted tissue quickly and efficiently. Flexibility was put at the forefront of this design to ensure operator ability to move product freely and repeatedly within the foot pedal-controlled jet streams. Progress is viewable through a large optical window. A perforated stainless steel screen catches fallen tissue and all fluids flow through the screen into the base catch pan.
Dental Powder Mill
The Cleanroom Tools’ dental powder mill processes cancellous bone into a fine particulate to be used as void fillers in dental bone grafts.
Dowel Cutters and Drill Machine
The Cleanroom Tools dowel cutter and drill machine produces cannulated cortical bone dowels for revision ACL and alike procedures. Cleanroom Tools offers a variety of coring drills as well as a dowel end sharpener available for separate purchase.
Skin Splitter
The Cleanroom Tools’ skin splitter is constructed from hard anodized coated aluminum housing and stainless steel drive rolls. It has two stainless steel wipe down electric motors that feeds a driven roll and one with an oscillating cutter blade. The skin splitter design uniquely utilizes a pull-system to feed full thickness gage wet skin 11 x 8.5 in down to a thickness of 1 mm.
Placenta Press
The Cleanroom Tools’ Placenta Press machine offers an expedited processing time for amniotic tissue. The Placenta Press houses a variety of customizable dies to yield the desired size and shape of soft tissue samples. On average, this configuration allows for the process and delivery of a dozen specimen at the same typical processing rate of a single specimen. The Placenta Press provides a new level of accessibility to products composed of the most advanced materials for wound care.
